Welcome to GetAstro (“GetAstro”, “we”, “us”), accessible at getastro.in. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, apps and services. By creating an account or using GetAstro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Nature of our service

GetAstro is a marketplace that connects users (“Seekers”) with independent astrologers, tarot readers, numerologists, healers and other practitioners (“Experts”) for consultations via chat and call, and provides free informational tools such as kundli, horoscope, matching and panchang. All astrology, healing and related guidance is provided for personal insight, guidance and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. See our Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use GetAstro. By using the platform you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using it for lawful purposes.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.
• You must verify your email address to access certain features.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraud, abuse or illegal activity.

4. Wallet, pricing & payments

• Consultations are charged per minute at the Expert’s listed rate, deducted from your GetAstro wallet.
• Appointments are charged at the Expert’s booking fee at the time of booking.
• Wallet top-ups are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Applicable taxes may apply. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹).

5. Conduct during consultations

You agree to interact respectfully with Experts. Harassment, abuse, sharing of sexually explicit content, requests for illegal activity, or attempts to take the transaction off-platform are prohibited and may result in suspension. Experts may end a session that violates these rules.

6. Experts

Experts are independent practitioners, not employees of GetAstro. Their views and guidance are their own. GetAstro facilitates the connection, billing and payouts but is not responsible for the accuracy, outcome or quality of any individual Expert’s advice. Experts agree to our revenue-share and payout terms presented during onboarding.

7. Free tools & AI-assisted readings

Our kundli, matching, panchang and sign calculators compute results from astronomical data and standard Vedic methods. Some readings are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence based on your computed chart. These tools are informational and may contain approximations or errors.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software and design on GetAstro are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetAstro and its Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on guidance received. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
